HIC-TRE Shared Services Ansible Roles

Ansible roles used to deploy our shared services on the Health Informatics Centre Trusted Research Environment.

• ClamAV: An open-source anti-virus scanner, primarily used for CI testing
• GoDB: A genomic datastore
• Squid: Allow traffic to limited domains
• Reverse Proxy: A reverse proxy using Nginx
