Update 3.0.2:
- bumped version (to major version 3 for VC3D)
- includes various fixes & improvements as documented in the FASP thread
- enabled 16bit support display for viewer
- additional input data sanity check for vc_tiffxyz_upscale_grounding
- added vc_seg_add_overlap, usage:
vc_seg_add_overlap <tgt-dir> <single-tiffxyz>
this will check for overlap between any tiffxyz in target dir and <single-tiffxyz> and add overlap metadata
(expect this to crop up in @bruniss workflow guides.)
