ShareCount is a WordPress Plugin to display sharing activity of an article. It shows how often the article was shared on Facebook, Twitter and by e-mail. It also provides some handy share buttons for your WordPress blog. Right now ShareCount is in active development.
You can add ShareCount stats easy by BBCode. The following BBCode displays the sharing buttons.

Of course you can send in your pull requests or open issues. ShareCount is in active development.
