Improved the error messages generated by the validation checks for the module_ctx_t structure, in hashconfig_init() in src/interface.c:

When a field is missing, include the name of the missing field in the error message.
Include more context (function name module_init, hash mode) in error messages, where this was not already present.
Consistent capitalisation of first letter of error messages.
