See output in this link - note that the directory is named plot_singles_grey as I had been thinking of greying-out after "now", but I thought that wasn't needed in the end |

Efficiency is slightly improved using appending to a list, rather than concatenating numpy arrays
Also allow the user to specify the min/max of the color bar. EW search has mostly very quiet things
