Added Square Scrimmage plugin which flies entities in square flight pattern, can be used without the AirSimSensor/ ROSAirSim Plugins. Also added example mission file. This Plugin includes the visual odometry initialization maneuver.

Added StraightVOInit Plugin which is the classic Scrimmage Straight plugin with the visual odometry initialization maneuver added. Also added example mission file for this as well. Can use the boundary box setting to keep quadcopter inside the limits of the MS AirSim prefabricated photo-realistic environments.

Added the creation of data logging CSVs to Altimeter, Compass, and IMU sensor plugins that get saved in the ~/.scrimmage/logs directory
