Fixed hang problem for 2580 processors

v0.2.4

init button now can be used to enter bootmode if it is hold down while a board is powered. Default nickname is 0cfe which will be used in all cases except when the bootloader is entered from VCSP firmware. In the last case the current nickname will be used.
