Starting from second order 2D Euler code, this project aims to create a 3D solver for the ideal MHD equations with adaptive mesh refinement and divergence cleaning. Parallelization is possible with MPI. Some background and results for the Euler equations in particular can be found in the PDF "AmREX - Article".
