According to current nginx rules, a valid enketo ID cannot include a - character.
Previously untested: * `test/nginx/mock-http-service.dockerfile` Noted while working on #1119

This PR prepares the release of v2025.2. It should only contain changes from other PRs that have already been approved and merged (and possibly merge commits from the
masterbranch).
