Hotfix: Restore ROy as a top-level category in benchmark_categories.yml

gcpy/benchmark/modules/benchmark_categories.yml - ROy was inadvertently subsumed into Primary Organics due to a typo in the benchmark_categories.yml file. This hotfix now corrects this error. Signed-off-by: Bob Yantosca <[email protected]>
