GEOS-Chem submod update: Merge PR #2300 (Remove large unused array)

This commit informs the GCHP superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GitHub geoschem/geos-chem repository:

597485dd6 Merge PR #2297 (Retire tagCH4 simulation in GCClassic

This PR removes a large array from GeosCore/fullchem_mod.F90 that
had not been used since GEOS-Chem 13.4.0.
