Note: Not all current repositories subscribe to this - e.g. georust/gdal is MIT only.
I'm not proposing enforcing any kind of re-licensing on existing projects, this is primarily guidance for new projects.
(Of course, if a legacy project chooses to go through the hassle of getting every previous contributor to agree to re-license, then more power to them.)
