markierung? Schlagwort? Eine Notitz ist mehr der Freitext (which you can also specify) oder?
Is keeping "tag" an option? Assuming "hashtag" is already a "german" word.

- Change the confirmation button text from "Permanently Delete" to "Delete Permanently" in the modal for deleted histories.

- Changed "Präferenzen" to "Einstellungen" for better understanding. - Updated "Verwalte diese Galaxie" to "Verwalte diese Galaxy-Instanz" for specificity. - Revised "Kettenwerkzeuge in Workflows" to "Verknüpfe Werkzeuge in Workflows" for improved readability. - Enhanced "Pausierte Jobs fortsetzen" and "Versteckte Datensätze wieder anzeigen" for consistency. - Corrected "Datasets einblenden" to "Datensätze einblenden" for language accuracy. Here we are inconsistent with Sie (l 139) und Du (l 133). Maybe something we should agree on more generally and adapt it then consistently
