main function -> 'SEKIGAE.py'
please set 'name_list_normal.yaml' & 'name_list_monday.yaml'
now i'm refactoring main func at 'SEKIGAE_new.py'
(it may be more useful in any cases!)
(it doesn't depend on how many people are there and where and when people do remote work)
