Features

• Added kcrapclient executable, which is a drop-in replacement for Samba's ntlm_auth tool
• Added the ability to use kdb's database modules instead of always using db2

Bugfixes

• Usage of krb5_db_fetch_mkey_list was incorrect preventing the server from starting. This bug existed in the tagged but unannounced release v0.3.0. It was introduced in commit 85d70f9 and fixed in commit ccdd14d.
• The -D flag, which prevents the server from daemonizing, was ignored due to a typo in the getopt string
