feat[lang]: fr translations

This PR is a complete translation of frappe CRM in French.
Every pair in the *.po file has been completed except where it was the same (but I could do that as well if you prefer).

A lot of translations are still missing in the UI but I wonder if they may come from ERPNext or Frappe ?
Let me know and I'll go fix it wherever I can.

Hey @dgo2dance,

Yes as far as I know.
You can use bench update po-files --app TEXT --locale TEXT to initialise the file automatically and then bench build to compile the translations.

Hello, after running bench build to compile the translations, how do I make a specific translation language take effect, such as fr.po or de.po? The UI interface does not seem to reflect the changes.

As far as I'm aware that's all you need to do.
Sorry, dumb question, but have you switched to the right language in your user setting on the desk side?

Yes, I set the language during initialization. Some displays will change to the corresponding language, but I haven't seen any changes in the CRM navigation bar. Is there a need to make any adjustments?

I have the same issue.
Either these are not exported by the bench command or they come from another app (frappe?) but I'm just speculating here.

Best to wait for @shariquerik's input.

@maasanto @dgo2dance Sorry for not taking the action soon was busy with something else.
I have added the .pot & .po files and also it gets synced every week from Crowdin.
Do confirm if everything works fine for you or something is missing
