Summary

track in-flight body fetches inside BodyReceiver and drive the channel with Sink/Stream APIs
reset the in-flight flag on completion or failure and cover the behaviour with a new async test

Testing

cargo fmt
cargo test -p micro-http (fails: rustc 1.89.0 is not supported; the crate requires rustc 1.90)
