This release completely drops support for generic combineReducers functions and for other libraries.
From now on, nested-combine-reducers will support Redux only. For this release, a peer dependency of Redux >= 4.0 is required.
Removed the "infinite" implementation, although fun to implement, it is useless and adds cruft to the package.
