This is an ongoing branch for our 4.0.0 release of the JS, which includes many fixes and a number of new fixes, along with a major StarlingMonkey upgrade.
We will be tagging prerelease versions of 4.0 based off this branch as bits become ready to test, but it's not intended to go into mainline right now.
