What this PR does / why we need it:

• Add new output OTLP Logs
• Cleanup of client creations for OTLP Metrics/Traces
• Rename the files for OTLP outputs for consistency
• Add the Falco Output as span.Event in Traces
• Add an ErrorHandler to format the OTEL SDK Errors with same pattern than all outputs
• Update the docs for the OTLP ouputs
