Final release before transferring to executablebooks org.

Cookiecutter Changes

  • Changed the cookiecutter GH Actions file to run on Ubuntu and Python 3.8 by default

Repo Changes

  • Cleaned up readme and added relevant badges
  • Changed "cookie" logo to "Jupyter Book" logo
  • Split the CC testing (run on push/PR to master) and example book deploy (run on push to master) workflows into two separate files
