This builds pico-mac on GitHub Actions.

4 versions are built:

  • pin18-classic: The default build using GP18, GP19, GP21, including SD card support, 208K RAM
  • pin18-vga: As above but with 640x480 resolution
  • pin9-classic: For the RP2040-Zero board using GP9, GP10, GP12, including SD card support, 208K RAM
  • pin9-vga: As above but with 640x480 resolution

Consider merging #40 instead, which includes this.
