Support for resending confirmation code

Pull Request Description

• Implement https://github.com/enso-org/cloud-v2/issues/2289
  • Add button to resend confirmation code on 'confirm sign up' screen
  • Redirect unconfirmed user to 'confirm sign up' screen when trying to log in

Note

Requires ResendConfirmationCode to be implemented in backend:

Getting 400 when trying to resend the code

@PabloBuchu if the error message (in the network response) says something about panicking, then yeah it's an issue with missing handling in our backend as noted in the PR comment

if not then i will need to look at it later
