Meetingsplugin V2.69, Stud.IP 4.2 - 5.1
List of important changes in this version:
- New GUI: The room list gets an standard UI look after StudIP UI-Guidelines. e.g. Action Widget, Action menu in header, Search etc.
- Automatic Recording: this option can now be decided by admin whether to be activated/diactivated by default via "Aufzeichnungen standardmäßig automatisch starten" in admin page
- Opencast: the plugin now uses direct call to db to retrieve series-id instead of relying on Opencast Plugin. The plugin now handles better notifications when series id could not be found and lets the meeting started but prevents recording with notification!
- QR-Code: the action link menu as well as dialog now contains well described text as it is private QR-Code (not to share with others). The bug for recording on opencast via QR-Code is now solved!
- Upload Slides: 1. The problem of having special chars like "&" in the name of the files to be uploaded is now fixed! 2. The list of file in the add/edit dialog now gets scrolled to have a clear look instead of long list (Präsentationsfolien section).
- Default Slide Manager: there is now a new general config in admin page called "Stud.IP für Standardfolien verwenden" for admins to decide whether to use studip pdf templates and slides to upload to BBB or not (server defaults)
- Widget: Appointments with actual rooms booked will no longer be displayed, and the icon to join the meeting directly has been changed.
- Moderator Invitaions: users have to generate the access code only via "Neues Zugangscode generieren" button to avoid confusion!
- Guest Invitaions: The default guest name is now better described and displayed to the guests in lobby, in order to avoid confusion!
- DfnVc: improved room creation checkers!
- Text Improvements
- Delete Recordings: a confirmation message is now displayed before deleting a standard (server) recording.

Meetingsplugin V2.68, Stud.IP 4.2 - 5.0
The changes of this version are as follows:
- The duplicated Stud.IP tab will be automatically closed when redirecting back from BBB session after ending/leaving the session.
- Stud.IP avatart will be shown in BBB sessions.
- Recording button in BBB session can be configuratble via admin settings to (start, pause, resume and stop). Moderators can decide to start the recording automatically or manually.
- Moderators can be invited as guests (Improved).
- Enhanced text description in different places.
- Opencast webcam recording is now available only if recording over opencast is enabled.
- Users are now able to use their other devices to participate into a BBB session using QR-Code without having to login into Stud.IP.
- BBB sessions now have default slides uploaded from Stud.IP with course informations and intros.
- Displaying course news as well as Stud.IP news in default slides, can be configured by moderators in settings.
- Admins are now able to upload their own default slides templates and dynamically align the text via admin settings.

Neuerungen
- Wichtigste Änderung: Die Raumgröße wird nun standardmäßig nur auf das maximale Serverlimit begrenzt. Es ist also nicht mehr nötig, eine Begrenzung selbst einzustellen, es sei dann man wünscht dies explizit.
- Ab sofort ist es auch möglich, MSTeams anzubinden
- Startseiten-Widget: Auf der Startseite kann man nun die nächsten anstehenden Meetings sehen! Veranstaltungen, die Meetings aktiviert und einen Standardraum definiert haben, werden dabei berücksichtigt an Hand der eingetragenen Veranstaltungszeiten
