Analysis of respiratory sound database https://bhichallenge.med.auth.gr/

Binary classification of healthy vs unhealthy:

• please see 'icbhi_script.py'
  • does not have a driver function
  • can be run in IDE using F5 or stepping through cells (Ctrl+Enter)
• all non healthy sounds (e.g. asthma, COPD) have been grouped into one class (i.e. unhealthy)
• discussion points and conclusions are printed to console
