Feature/dibels 8 update

PR to update the Dibel 8 Benchmark assessment bundle based on the bundle review checklist

Changes to existing files:

• earthmover.yaml : add namespace descriptor, column.
  
• assessments.csv : add assessmentFamilyColumn.
  
• assessments.jsont : change namespace to variable.
  
• studentAssessments.jsont : change namespace to variable, refactor top level scores and PLs.
  
• objectiveAssessments.jsont : change namespace to variable.
  

Tests and QC done:

• Ran earthmover on sample_anonymized_file.csv
• Validated against Spartanburg 7 2024 ODS

Just realized that the sample data has an assessement_grade column, but the sc enrich data does not. Instead the gradelevel column is mapped to enrollment_grade. So I had to change the join key in the earthmover yaml
