pytest-capturelog no longer available in distribution?

When trying to install the EBU-TT live toolkit on an RPI4, it throws an error saying the following:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pytest-capturelog==0.7
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pytest-capturelog==0.7

It assumes the distribution packages can be found on two places:

• https://pypi.org/simple/pytest-capturelog/
• https://www.piwheels.org/simple/pytest-capturelog/

However, none of these locatoins seem to hold the packages any longer and 404 errors are thrown.

Is there an alternative that can be used to conclude the install and run the toolkit?
