Changes:

  • Now really compatible with java 7 (1.7)
  • Added qualifier to the artefacts
  • Add xtext.runtime requirement on equivalent to 2.8.4

How to install:

  1. Download the latest update site archive of Avroclipse (below).
  2. In Eclipse, choose Help > Install New Software...
  3. In the "Work with" section, click the Add... button. The "Add Repository" dialog box appears.
  4. Click Archive..., select the location of the update site archive of Avroclipse you just downloaded and click OK. Its path appears in the "Location" field. Set the "Name" field to Avroclipse.
  5. Click the Select All button and then Next >.
  6. In the "Install Details" window click Finish and Avroclipse will be installed.
  7. Sometimes a restart of Eclipse is needed. To use Avroclipse ; create a file in any project with the extension .avdl and the Avroclipse editor will automatically be started.
