Description

This PR fixes a path issue with the Apple project file references. These were renamed a couple weeks prior, but the release workflow wasn't updated.

Steps to test

  1. Verify that there are no lingering path references to DuckDuckGo.xcodeproj anywhere in the release workflows & scripts

The Test workflow failed due to the cache@v2 deprecation brownout happening today: https://github.blog/changelog/2024-09-16-notice-of-upcoming-deprecations-and-changes-in-github-actions-services/
