what is the procedure to run the script in Windows 10 Desktop application..?

Sorry, ble-scanner does not work on Windows as the Python Bluetooth Low Energy library (pygattlib) does not support Windows. I'll clarify this in the README.
Although Windows 10 can run Linux applications with its Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) now, this doesn't work either as WSL doesn't have Bluetooth support as of yet.
