Navigate to http(s)://[username].github.io to access the published user site.
Project sites will be stored in their own separate repositories. Ensure the repo is set to 'Public' and you configure the publishing source correctly (see below). Navigate to http(s)://[username].github.io/[repository] to access a project site.
