Description
If workspace is active,
dlthost hasdlthubcommands wired in. this is misleading - there are many similar commands that could be triggered but do different things now.This PR disables
dltproxy - instead of executingdlthubcommand it show a note and for known command it provides dlthub counterpart but without callingalso fixes #4035 but probably not in a way that author expected....
