The Serial Monitor is working again for the current (2023) versions of serialport and tokio::serialport.
Did test the monitor only on linux (Ubuntu 22.04).
Had to remove impl Fromcrossterm::ErrorKind as ErrorKind does not exist anymore, and did not find an alternative way to implement this.
