CS:GO Triggerbot & Bunnyhop cheat with Arduino communication

Description

Simulating mouse and keyboard inputs with a HID supporting Arduino board, the code detects Arduino board model "Leonardo" or "ATMega32u4". Possible to change in "main.cpp".
Customizable Triggerbot delay (ms).
Bunnyhop hitchance randomizer via custom delay. Makes detection value lower since you are not hitting every bunnyhop perfect.
Offsets have to be updated manually.
