Syft went 1.0 and has breaking changes in its API.

I checked that the scan UI was able to come up w/

  imageScans:
    enable: true
    exclusions:
      namespaces:
        - kube-system

but I am not sure how to test locally to verify everything is working properly.

go.mod changes are from go mod tidy
