Specific Changes:

Added entries for Commit Genie to multiple README files (English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese).

Added information includes:

  • Icon: logo.png from the GitHub repository
  • Link: Points to the extension page on the VS Code Marketplace
  • Description: Commit Genie is an AI-powered code review and commit message generator for VS Code that automatically reviews code changes and generates meaningful, standard commit messages.
