Implementation of base-line framework HTML + CSS

Framework outlines baseline layout for prototype and highlights the major navigation options. each article has two div options that lead to separate navigation options. One leads to the article page and the other to a list of articles which have been linked to this one.

Framework requires additional php options to implement priority functionality options, therefore baseline user testing for framework html is limited. Major feedback from testing framework has been on the ease of use and navigation. As well as a brief insight into the users understanding of the apps main functionality.
