Introduces Broadcast Ability
Introduces Explicit Keyed/Random/Broadcast behavior
Basically we probably want to put scripts so they are available on all nodes, before we try to run a script as it can reduce overal need as we know we've placed the script on all cluster nodes.
Unsure if its worth the complexity it introduces
