Offers support for a best attempt at casing names correctly from upper case or lower case string representations of names. Integrated support for irish, roman numerals, spanish conjunctions, hebrew(ben/bat), common binding words(al, ap, bin, binti, binte, della, delle, da, de, di, du, do, das, del, der, den, lo, ten, ter, van, von, el if spanish disabled, la if spanish disabled), postnominals.
