Hi! I'm Ciara 🦠

🦠 I'm a Junior Scientist at Georgetown University. I work jointly at the Medical Center and in the Biology Department studying science policy and mathematical modeling of disease transmission.

💉🌳 🌍 My recent work has focused on childhood vaccination, vaccine preventable diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and planetary change. I'm particularly interested in using mathematical modeling to quantify the impact of health intervention policies.

👀 On my page you will find multiple repositories dedicated to analyses from Analysis and Mapping of Policies for Emerging Infectious Diseases , a project that was lead by co-PIs Dr. Rebecca Katz, Dr. Colin Carlson, and Dr. Ellie Graeden and work for my Master's degree courses from the Global Infectious Diseases program.
