The 'curse of learning'

  The more probable is the answer to a question the less information it communicates.
  This is the "Curse of Learning" - the reduction of dimensionality to zero - it is
  dual to the "Curse of Dimensionality" - the explosion of dimensionality with increase
  of complexity.
