TinyTouch v7.8.0

3D mismatch: per-zone Quality (opacity) slider + bump to 7.8.0

Adds a 0-1 Quality slider (default 1.0) tied to the last-clicked joint
on the current frame. The value controls the dot's fill opacity (outline
stays solid) and is persisted per-joint in the unified CSV's Joints JSON
and as new <JOINT>_Opacity columns in the export CSV. Old datasets
migrate transparently (missing Opacity defaults to 1.0).
