Thanks Filippo, it is quiet clear and a nice new structure. Some parts I am not sure I understand so I put in-line comments.

I also put down here general comments / suggestion in the form of a to do list that will help to keep track if something needs to be done:

  • change mkdocs.yml accordingly

  • create subfolders for the md files (3 macro areas like welcome / life in the lab / research)

  • I would separate much more md files (do not know now which one, will find out when copy pasting but it is a job can be done during the process of re-organizing)

  • Welcome / Welcome to Belgium section I think should have the same nesting structure as Day-to-day life in the lab

  • grants.md is missing

  • doctoral_school.md missing

  • research_tms.md missing

  • research_dnn.md missing

  • missing Experiment main md

  • in general md should have an almost identical name as the md title eg "Publishing a paper" is in the paper.md while should be publishing_paper.md

Is deleting all this text intentional? I do not see all this info copied into a new md so deleting this files like this will lose important information.

Why deleting this image? Are this info saved somewhere else or why is it useless to be canceled?
