The `incrementable_traits<projected>` partial specialization was removed by P2538R1, so it should be removed from the synopsis.

P2538R1 made
projectedan alias template and removed theincrementable_traits<projected>partial specialization, so the synopsis should be correspondingly updated.Fixes #7837.
