This change pulls in the upstream changes from the original source of this action so that we can move to Node 20.x. It retains the yarn-audit workflow we added.
The diff here is messier than I'd prefer because our setup requires linear history. Ideally this change would be handled by dropping our yarn-audit workflow customizations, pulling in the tip of upstream's
main
branch, and then re-applying our yarn-audit workflow.
