Categories have been renamed, subcategories reordered and keys updated. The actual filenames and category names in code have not yet been changed.
- Move flood zones to water/green infrastructure - Move solar panels to energy
Change the category variable names and URLs. Change the colour definitions (and header logo) to match the new categories.
