Hi,
I have a much faster python version(using dictionary hash table) of Scaffolds2Bin_to_Fasta.sh with no dependency. Tested using a 50 MAGs collection out of an assembly (1 GB contigs file) after running DAStools (this only take 5 seconds while the shell take 32 seconds). Let me know if it is not clear.
