  1. Adding default mpi packages 

    AWS doesn't install openmpi and mpich by default, this is added to replicate the other cloud providers.

  2. Remove openmpi-devel in package list 

    This has been removed as it is a depulication of the mpi installation role.

  3. Removed External Slurm repo dependency 

    The slurm install provided with this repo doesn't work with the default openmpi installed as it raises a pmix error. This does not occur on the epel supported slurm install.
