Hello @auhlig,
I am Tristan from the OSPO. We try to streamline the organizational README.md's in the .github repos of the different ApeiroRA projects. In this pull request I have presented an initial version of the basic structure and how the content could look like.
I encourage you to look over it and correct / augment the file with additions.
