- Remove dependency from release job
- Add some utilities to Makefile
- Init pyproject.toml
- pyproject: set dynamic versioning
- pyproject.toml: add dependencies, licence and script
- Run test via python -m
- Makefile: add push_test target
- CI: install all the dependencies together
